Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the change management and strategies implemented by HEIs in the face of the pandemic caused by Covid-19. The nature of the quantitative methodology implies the implementation of methods for measuring reality in order to generalize results. As a result, the variable that showed the greatest similarity was knowledge, which encompasses the competencies and technical skills present in its human resources, in the same way this variable considers the knowledge assets of the organizations. It can be observed that the efforts made by the HEIs are focused on learning processes based on technical and technological capabilities and skills; however, this knowledge variable alone requires other elements such as culture, structure and strategic focus in order to guarantee optimal change management.
