The management of intangibles in organizations is an asset that is being lost by small and medium organizations, which is why the purpose of this research was to describe the experiences of the main actors of the University of the Armed Forces in the western region that covers three states. of Venezuela, and to be able to know their realities in terms of the management they have been carrying out and what is currently happening with intangible management in the directions of the civil engineering program, this through research under the interpretive paradigm with the support of descriptive research and in the field, the work was carried out through in-depth interviews and categorized by the Atlas Ti program. Among the most important results were the loss of this valuable asset and the foundations of traditional administration in all its efforts, and being a house of studies that must generate and promote knowledge, they have weaknesses in this type of management that provides competitive competencies to the organization.
