Abstract

The objective of this document is to develop a conceptual deepening related to CSR and its relationship with the new paradigm of the responsible family business. To achieve this objective, a mixed methodology was adopted that, through the documentary review of articles, data and documents published in the main scientific journals, took into account the classic and contemporary authors who have developed research processes in this regard. Information was also collected on the ground to facilitate the assessment of the employer's position on CSR. The advances in CSR and Family Responsible Companies (EFR) are increasingly tangible, with a significant participation of companies in Colombia with these types of programs, although the challenges remain latent and it is necessary for this respect to increase efforts, they have already been made Advances that can be recognized. The main reflections after the analysis of the theories indicate that the practices aimed at the creation of responsible family businesses (EFR) they are an important competitive bet against global markets.
