Entrepreneurship in the afro female descendant population of the Boquilla, is a project that studies the activities of women entrepreneurs in this area, of related to their economy and production units, level of profits business training, age range, and sources of financing. A literary review of the concept of entrepreneurship is carried out in the first instance, the study carried out on female entrepreneurship in Colombia is also succinctly presented, in which the reasons that lead women to undertake and the economic activities developed are manifested. The methodology used is cross- sectional with a mixed approach and deductive method, 17 women entrepreneurs whose establishments are registered in the Chamber of Commerce were surveyed. The results of the study indicate majority of the production units of the women in the Mouthpiece are dedicated to commerece and services, the source of financing are own resources, most of them generate maximum profits two SMLV. It is concluded that these production units are of low productivity do not generate employment.
