Deserción laboral: un fenómeno multicausal, ecosistémico y social. Revisión sistemática de la literatura

Resumen
El presente artículo expone los resultados obtenidos de un proceso de revisión sistemática de literatura orientada a conocer el avance científico de la investigación en las áreas asociadas a la deserción laboral, por medio del análisis de cincuenta (50) artículos en torno al tópico objeto de interés. En este proceso se identifica que la construcción conceptual se enriquece con los aportes de diversos enfoques paradigmáticos que ofertan una amplia interpretación de las dinámicas que lo involucran. Asimismo, se aborda un conjunto de factores asociados con los desencadenantes de la deserción laboral y que posibilitan la amplia comprensión de sus manifestaciones. Finalmente, se propone una conceptualización propia frente a la deserción laboral y sus determinantes para profundizar en los hallazgos encontrados durante el proceso investigativo. Las investigaciones han demostrado que la deserción no es un proceso unilateral, sino que está determinado por la confluencia de factores organizativos, sociales y personales. Entre las dimensiones más investigadas se encuentran la insatisfacción laboral, la falta de reconocimiento, la remuneración inadecuada, el acoso laboral, la carga de trabajo excesiva y la gestión ineficaz de la salud física y mental de los empleados.
