Resumen

El municipio de Paipa, Boyacá, se destaca por su modelo de gobernanza en salud, reconocido por su idoneidad y cumplimiento de las exigencias del Ministerio de Salud para la promoción de la misma. Sin embargo, la falta de identificación de los factores clave de éxito ha impedido la estandarización de este modelo. En este sentido, el propósito de esta investigación es identificar los factores que contribuyen a la eficacia del sistema de salud en este municipio. Se empleó una metodología cualitativa, con un alcance descriptivo y bajo un diseño de investigación-acción. Los resultados revelan varios factores clave para la promoción de la salud, entre ellos, la participación activa de la comunidad, la capacitación continua del personal sanitario, la implementación de tecnologías de información en salud, y una gestión transparente y colaborativa entre las diferentes entidades. Estas características han demostrado ser fundamentales para el éxito del modelo de gobernanza en salud en Paipa. Las conclusiones destacan la importancia de estos atributos y sugieren que su identificación y estandarización podrían servir como base para replicar el modelo en otras regiones, mejorando así la eficacia de los sistemas de salud a nivel nacional.
