Análisis bibliométrico sobre la gobernanza cooperativa en intersección con la satisfacción del cliente

Resumen

El presente artículo se centra en explorar la relación entre la gobernanza cooperativa y la satisfacción de los clientes. Para ello, se emplea una metodología de análisis bibliométrico que permite revisar de manera sistemática la literatura existente sobre este tema, partiendo del supuesto de que una buena gobernanza o toma de decisiones efectivas en las cooperativas va a repercutir favorablemente en sus stakeholders, pero principalmente en la satisfacción de sus clientes.  Utilizando la aplicación Biblioshiny del paquete Bibliometrix, el cual pertenece al software estadístico R Studio, se procesaron los datos obtenidos del metabuscador y los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron los siguientes: los documentos reportados fueron 252 de los años de 1993 a 2024, de los cuales un 78.57% fueron tipo artículos de revista relacionados con las áreas del conocimiento de administración y economía. El país con más aportes al tema de estudio fue China con 160 y el autor más relevante fue Li S. La institución y revista más importante fueron, China University of Mining and Technology y Sustainability (Switzerland). Finalmente, el mapa de correlación temático realizado indica que el tema motor fue “cooperative governance”, el básico fue corporate governance, seguido y muy relacionado con el término cooperatives.
