This research examines the conceptions held by primary education teachers regarding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and the strategies they implement to support students with this condition. The primary objective was to describe teacher training, understand teachers' perceptions, and analyze the strategies implemented in the classroom. The study employed a qualitative approach using the case study method. Data collection involved interviews, observation, field journals, and the administration of a questionnaire to the teachers. The results revealed that many teachers possessed limited knowledge about the disorder and faced difficulties in applying appropriate pedagogical strategies. Furthermore, the study identified inadequate professional training and a lack of institutional support for addressing students' educational needs. It was concluded that the lack of specialized training and support hindered the educational care provided to students with ADHD; consequently, there is a need to strengthen teacher training and implement interdisciplinary strategies that foster inclusion and academic development.
