Knowledge management framework for the development of digital competencies of IES teachers.
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe the process of designing a knowledge management framework aimed at developing digital skills for teachers of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The framework is a conceptual structure that allows visualizing, organizing, relating and articulating the elements aimed at managing the knowledge obtained by HEI teachers from the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). The article presents the theoretical references that support the framework, the stages that were followed to design the framework and the results obtained so far.
