Teamwork, an effective strategy for integral classroom management

This article focuses on reflecting on the most relevant aspects of classroom management. For this purpose, the following topics are addressed: the concept of classroom, the factors that affect its management and the strategies proposed to achieve both learning objectives, and integral education of students. Based on the proposals of authors who approach the classroom from a social and cultural perspective, it is evidenced that the real conditions of the classrooms in Colombian schools, make it difficult to manage them. With a view to making contributions to this problem, it is proposed to opt for teamwork, a strategy that facilitates the achievement of interaction objectives and integral education.
