The present article aims to form in digital environments with the production of instructive texts in authentic communication situations that are mobilized at home, through the use of the Everyone to Learn (PTA) books and the Interinstitutional culinary ABC. Methodologically, it starts from the systematization of a significant experience called: The Culinary ABC, which was born from an idea by the 11 Tutors of the Learning Community (CDA) All for one and one for all Cartagena of the Program All to Learn seeking generate a commitment to form in digital environments by developing home cooking projects that teachers would carry out with their students as a family. The ignorance of the texts of the program and their little use led the team of tutors to carry out three educational and creative strips using the streamyard platform, having as guests the teachers and students preparing the cooking recipes extracted from the books live, with spectators at local, regional, national and international level. This experience has led to the appropriation of search strategies that allow students learning possibilities from their homes, enhancing skills to access information efficiently, as well as to locate, formatively evaluate and organize content adjusted to a flexible curriculum in remote education.
