This paper aims to critically analyze essential around the impact generated implementation of the bicycle master plan, currently dabbled in the Netherlands, with the partnership of all citizens articulated with the state, reduced the rate mortality of cyclists taking into account the number of users who use this means of transport. It highlights the cooperation of local governments, transportation specialists and users who ensured the permanence of the project and global recognition.
